Any time, in both directions. Moving up takes effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference; moving down applies at your next renewal. Your data never changes shape between tiers, so nothing needs re-importing — the AI simply does more or less of the typing.
Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted. We never take a card to start a trial, so day 15 doesn't turn into a bill — the account simply goes read-only until you pick a plan. Your imported data waits for you for 90 days.
Onboarding and implementation are sold as separate packages, not bundled into the seat price. Our team maps, cleans and moves your data from spreadsheets or your old CRM, then shapes the record around how you work. Each package is scoped to what actually moves, so you will have the exact figure before you commit.
